Exchange and warranty terms

Exchange unworn frames within 14 days of delivery. Lenses are made to your prescription, so lens charges are non-refundable once the lab starts work. Unopened accessories follow the same 14-day window.

• To start an exchange: message us from contact with your order number and photos of the frame.
• Warranty: every frame carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in hinges, bridges, and mounts.
• What the warranty excludes: scratches, accidental damage, and normal wear on nose pads and temple tips.
